| 2011 Shelby Co. Spring Garden Clinic | April 30, 9 to 2pm | The Master Gardeners of Shelby County host an annual Spring Garden Clinic to help the community learn how to do gardening whether it is flowers, vegetables or lawn care. There are lessons and demonstrations performed hourly as well as speakers from local garden related businesses sharing ideas for your lawn and garden. Shrub and tree trimming, mulching, water features, landscaping, etc. There are vendors selling their products plus a food vendor and a Kids corner, teaching children about gardening. The Master Gardeners also do community services at places like the Oncology Center, library, Girls, Inc. and many more. | Shelby Co. Fairgrounds (Directions) |
